Enhance CNC is a leading CNC maintenance company based in the Midlands, United Kingdom. We specialise in providing high-quality CNC services to enhance your business operations and productivity. Having worked for high end machine tool manufacturers for a number of years we now work with a small group of engineers that can tailor our services to your needs.

Services

At Enhance CNC we want to enhance your CNC experience by increasing productivity, decreasing down time and making sure your CNC equipment is running at optimum levels. We offer services such as:

  • Machine preventative maintenance contracts either on a yearly or 6 month basis
  • Machine de-commissioning and recommissioning - if you are buying used machinery or wanting to move a machine we can help
  • Breakdown support - Specialising in DMG Mori machine tools we can cover Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain and Siemens controls
  • Machine calibration - If your machine is not producing parts correctly or you need a re-calibration due to a programming or operator error we can help with just about any machine tool

 

 

Machine servicing

As we all know CNC machines can get pretty filthy and they don't have an easy life so its important to stop production at least once a year and clean out any areas where swarf or coolant build up could cause issues and change the oils and filters. This also gives us a chance to spot any potential future issues that could cause machine downtime.

Machine breakdown cover

If your CNC machine is not running it is not making money so we know how important it is to respond to breakdowns and identify and resolve the issue quickly. We can usually respond to breakdowns quicker than manufacturers at a much cheaper hourly rate and source any spare parts needed on a next day basis to get you back up and running. 

 

Machine calibration

We all know accidents happen and occasionally the machine will be knocked out of alignment. If you are struggling to make parts due to alignment issues or surface finish issues get in contact and we can give you a full assessment of what is required to get your machine back in production.
